1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Spector Subscription Portal ("Service") operated by Forensic Intelligence PTE LTD. (Registration No.: 202504994C), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Spector Subscription Portal provides subscription management services for the Spector OSINT Platform, including:

• Account registration and management
• Subscription purchase and renewal
• License activation for the Spector platform
• Payment processing through Stripe

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• One subscription provides one license for the Spector platform

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your subscription. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or license to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forensic Intelligence PTE LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Forensic Intelligence PTE LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
